Hi, friends! FINALLY! Another track!
This is from a quick idea I captured at Gun Lake Casino back on April 10th, 2017. I often will come up with a short drum, bass & guitar idea at my shows for a soundcheck to make sure everything is mixed correctly, and this song sprung from a short 4 measure improv. I thought it was pretty nifty, so I made a 13 second video of that improv. 6 years later...it finally got fleshed out. Lesson for all aspiring songwriters: capture EVERYTHING on your phone - you never know when it'll turn into a full-fledged song! This song would have never come to be had it not been for those 13 seconds of video!
I'll let you suss out the song's meaning - it isn't too hard to figure out. I hope you enjoy!
